Sound and real human connection. We gather and move through a sound journey with crystal bowls and/or gong and shamanic instruments. Afterwards, there's space - we gather, share tea and also space to connect.

Comfortable clothes to lie in. An extra layer as body temperature drops during sound work even in a warm room, and Tamraght evenings have their own cool once the sun goes.
A blanket if you like the weight of one. Some venues supply them, so worth checking ahead.
