Low Tide is an immersive crystal bowl and gong sound journey designed to gently slow the body, regulate the nervous system, and create space for subtle emotional release.
This is a space to pause.
To soften.
To come back to yourself.
🌊 About the Experience
Low Tide is the first in a series of sound journeys exploring different tides of rest and reset
Using chakra-aligned crystal bowls and deep gong resonance, this session supports full-body relaxation and quiet internal shifts, often revealing just how much we’ve been carrying without realising.
The focus is simple:
Deep calm.
Regulation.
Return.
No previous experience with sound healing is needed - just arrive, the vibrations with find you where you need them the most.

• Immersive crystal bowl sound journey
• Expansive gong immersion
• Gentle landing and integration
Total time: approximately 60 minutes.
This session is mixed and open to all.

💫 A Note from Alexa
Alexa is a UK-trained sound therapist working between London and Tamraght.
She trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and Maria Lodetoft at House of Moon.
Her work blends grounded technique with intuitive presence, creating spaces that are calm, intentional and deeply restorative.
