Return To Shore - A Sunset Sound Journey with Unplugged Social Club
As the sun sets over the Atlantic, something in the body begins to soften.
The light fades, the air cools, and the rhythm of the ocean becomes the backdrop for an hour of deep rest.
On March 25th, NAIADA and Unplugged Social Club are coming together to host an intimate sunset sound journey at Hurley Surf Club - a space to slow down, reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself after a day in the ocean.
Using crystal singing bowls and gong, this guided sound journey gently invites the body into a state of deep relaxation where stress begins to dissolve and the mind can finally quiet.
No experience is needed, simply lie down, listen and allow the sound to do the work.
🌙 What to Expect
The evening will begin as the sun begins to drop behind the ocean.
Participants will settle into a comfortable space where Alexa will guide the group through a gentle sound journey using crystal bowls and gong.
The vibrations of these instruments work directly with the nervous system, helping the body shift into a deeply restorative state.
Many people experience:
• deep physical relaxation
• emotional release
• mental clarity
• a feeling of being grounded and calm
Some people drift into sleep. Others simply enjoy an hour where nothing is required of them.
After the session, there will be time to slowly return and connect with others in the space.

A Note from Alexa 💫
Alexa is a UK-trained sound practitioner working between London and Tamraght.
She trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and Maria Lodetoft at House of Moon.
Her work blends grounded technique with intuitive presence, creating spaces that are calm, intentional and deeply restorative.
Her sessions combine crystal bowls, gong and intuitive sound work to create deeply restorative experiences that support emotional release, nervous system regulation and deep rest.
After spending time in Tamraght and feeling a strong connection to the ocean and community here, Alexa now hosts regular sound gatherings in the village.
