There's a kind of silence the body has been quietly asking for.

The kind that arrives when the breath lengthens and nothing is being asked of you.

NAIADA holds space for that.

01

I'm Alexa, a UK trained sound practitioner working between London and Tamraght. The work moves slowly, with crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, and shamanic instruments. I hold space for sensitive people to come back to their bodies, in studios, on rooftops, and woven through retreats.

WHAT THE WORK IS

What this work is… and isn't.

NAIADA is grounded, gentle, and very human. Nothing flashy. Nothing performative.

This isn't about transcending anything, or escaping. It's about landing. About feeling safe enough to be here, in this body, in this moment.

I don't bypass the hard parts. I don't promise instant relief. What I do is hold a steady space where people can finally exhale.

Sometimes that looks like rest. Sometimes it looks like clarity. Sometimes it's just a quiet hour where nothing is expected of you.

03

I found sound during a time when I was struggling with depression and anxiety. I went to a sound bath myself and came out feeling something I hadn't felt in months… safe. That's what I offer now.

My authority comes from lived experience, from my own journey through struggle and back into the body. I lead not by telling people what to do, but by holding them steady while they remember who they are.

I work with crystal bowls, gong, Himalayan singing bowls, and shamanic instruments, each chosen for the way they speak to the nervous system and your energy. And I'm building this practice in Morocco from the ground up, with care.
